Pi Beta Phi, also known as Pi Phi, is a women's fraternity that was founded at Monmouth College in 1867. There are currently 136 active chapters and more than 21,000 members. Pi Beta Phi was the first women's fraternity to be modeled after the men's Greek-letter fraternity.
